How do I add a logo to the invoice and estimate?

Let’s give your invoices and estimates a professional look by adding your logo, Ccdavies24. I’ll guide you through the process in QuickBooks Online.

 

Here’s how you can do it:

 

  1. Click on the Gear icon at the top right corner.
  2. Under Your Company, select Custom form styles.
  3. If you have already created templates, click Edit next to the template you want to modify. If not, click on New Style to create a new template.
  4. On the design page, click the Make logo edits.
  5. Select the box labeled Add a logo, then the + on the next window.
  6. Locate and choose the image you want to use.
  7. Once uploading is done, hit Save, then Done.
