The stored cache can sometimes cause an unusual browser behavior that may be the reason why you're unable to view some of your imported invoices. To verify if you're experiencing a browser-related issue, let's perform some basic troubleshooting procedures.
To begin with, open your QuickBooks Online company using an incognito or private page. To do that, follow these shortcut keys:
Once done, review the imported invoices and if you're able to view them without any issues, then you'll have to clear your regular browser cache.
If the issue continues, I advise switching to another supported browser. Otherwise, contact Customer Support so that they can look into your issue further and offer you more options.
