Good thing QuickBooks Online has the option to delete multiple invoices at once. I’m happy to share the steps with you, and you can comment at any time if you have questions as you follow them.

 

  1. Go to Sales on the left navigation bar and select Invoices.
  2. Put a checkmark on the invoices that you want to delete.
  3. Click Batch actions and select Delete.
  4. Choose Yes to confirm.
