I have attempted all of the suggestions provided in this thread, but none of them have worked. The feature for importing new styles is no longer available in my version of QBO. I even contacted the support team and was given case ID 1596274293. The representative, Danica, informed me that this is the default setup and that the backend team is currently unable to resolve this issue. As such, I was advised to use a different template instead. This has been a frustrating experience. Such a simple issue has remained unsolved for 3 years.

You can create a customized invoice template without a footer in your QBO account. Once done, upload it to the program for you to use.
