Let's open an incognito or private browser and log in to your QuickBooks Online account. This mode doesn't save cache on your browser.

After signing in, go to Reports and search for the GST report you want to view. If you're able to see the data, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing cache fixes common browser-related problems.Once done, restart your browser to refresh the settings.
