It's nice to see you here, @CharlieB65.
Currently, there is no direct way to view the list of new customers that were invoiced for the last three months. However, I can show you how to run and customise reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to generate the necessary information.
To show the list of new customers, let's run the Customer Contact List report and filter them by the date they were created in QBO. Here's how:
Then, note the names of the customers that appear so you can use them later when you run another report.
Once done, run the Transaction List by Customer to determine which customers were invoiced for the last three months. To do that:
Additionally, here's an article containing options to handle customers and suppliers with open balances in QBO: Manage outstanding balances for customers and suppliers in QuickBooks Online.
Let me know whenever you need further help creating customer lists. I'll be happy to provide additional assistance. Take care, and have a good one.

Thank you very much, it was a clever workaround. What if the question becomes customers that have been invoiced during the last X numbers of days or months regardless they are new or old. For instance, this is used for a close friends and customers list. All the best, C.
Thank you for coming back to the Community, CharlieB65.

This solution works partially for the uses that my daughter needs... She needs to be able to include the company name that is used for social media handle. Any additional suggestions? The modification or filters does not permit to include that particular column. The need for the list of customer that have purchased between a date range will grant them special status and additional selected groups where special deals are posted before the rest.
Thank you in advance for your valuable help!
All the best,
C,
Hello, @CharlieB65. Thank you for re-engaging in this conversation. I'm here to assist you further in obtaining the customer list you require.
Before we proceed, may I know how you track the company name that is used for social media handles? This way, I can provide you with the right steps to address your concern.
For now, the option to add a specific column for the company name in the suggested report is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. I understand how this feature could enhance your data review process within the program. Therefore, I will take note of this as a suggestion to enhance your user experience.
As a workaround, I'd recommend running the Invoice List report to see customers who have been invoiced for a specific period. Then, export the report to Excel. From there, you can manually add a specific column for the company name that is used for the social media handle.
Here are the steps to export your data:
In case the report you open in Excel is in protected view. Simply select Enable Editing to view the full report and edit your data.
Moreover, you can create custom reports in QuickBooks to get the data that matters to you most.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions with regard to obtaining the list you require in the program. I'm here to assist you further. Have a great day!

If i can't figure this out i will i have to use the whole database and there are thousands and thousands of names. I don't want to have to do this every time.
