Once an estimate is generated through the app it will show in the Sales Transaction screen via QuickBooks browser.
I suggest checking the Audit Log since the transaction is missing. This way, you're able to see who made changes to your books or if someone from your users deleted the estimate.

Once verified that no one from your user deleted the transaction and you get the same issue, I recommend using an incognito browser when logging in to your account. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue, and private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.

If it works using the private browser, I suggest clearing the cache to your main browser to remove temporary internet files on your computer. Actually my estimate is generated but not showing directly on sales transaction > select the "Estimate" button. I need to check it by the customer name.

If you have a lot of sales transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can use the Filter option to only show the estimates. Here's how:
The All Sales page gives you a lot of great at-a-glance view of the status of sales transactions. Check out this article for more information: View sales transactions.
However, if you're still unable to see them, I highly suggest logging into your QBO account using a private browser (incognito). You can following the troubleshooting steps shared by my colleague Christie above.
