Hi, I need to have different price levels for differnt customer types. I think the price rules feature does that. But my account doesn't have this feature, why?

Price Rules in QuickBooks is currently in beta testing and is available for select accounts. This is the reason why you're not able to see this in your company settings.

The initial release for this feature is for random QBO Advanced and QuickBooks Plus accounts. New enhancements are rolled out by batch and will automatically be downloaded without you manually doing it.

Once this is available in your account, you may follow these steps to turn on Price Rules:

1. Click the cogwheel icon ⚙ and select Account and Settings.
2. Go to the Sales tab.
3. In the Products and services section, select Edit ✏️.
4. Mark the Turn on price rules Beta checkbox.
5. Hit Save and then Done.

Is there any solution (method to carry this out) pending when this is available on International version? 

This is a critical need.

As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to transfer all your pending price levels from one to the other account or versions. You can consider manually entering them in the system once it is available in your version. You can dos o by following the steps and by checking also the screenshot shared by my colleague above.

Thank you for your response on my query. Although the response did not address the issue rather it showed me that there isn't any solution to this core function for International Plus version of QuickBooks. 

Let me restate the query - I have a QuickBooks Plus version (Nigeria), I have customers that I bill same products for different prices (due to tariffs per customer). How do I set the different prices for the products for each of the customer in the QuickBooks Plus version - Nigeria?

How do you import pricing 4 different pricing levels from excel/csv format into Quickbooks Premier

I'd be glad to share with you some insights on how to import price level in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Premier, @inayat.

QBDT lets you import and export files through IIF file and MS Excel file. Instead of starting from scratch, you can transfer the data into QBDT easily. 

To import your 4 different pricing levels, let's go to the File menu and import it from there. I'd be glad to guide you how.

1. Go to the File menu, 
2. Select Utilities then click Import.
3. Click Excel Files.
4. If you get the Add/Edit Multiple List Entries window, click No.
5. Follow the wizard in importing files and select the type of data.
6. QuickBooks opens a formatted excel spreadsheet. Once you have entered your information, saved the file and closed it, you will be given the option to Add My Data Now.
7. Review results and view Data in QuickBooks.
8. Select Close when done.

Thank you kindly...will try this.  We already have the prices in quickbooks we need to update the pricing.  Hope importing the columns you recommended will not impact other properties of the inventory items.

Don't try with your primary file. Create a backup file to try with the importer tool.
