How can I can edit the Delivery Notes form at the Batch Actions since the template are not that friendly user to my customer

Let me share details about the Delivery Notes feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @uservapezoomalaysia. This way, you're able to manage your transactions accordingly.

For the time being, you're only able to print the default Delivery Notes template through the Batch actions option in the All Sales menu. To do this, here's how:

1. Go to the Sales menu.
2. Select the All Sales tab.
3. Choose all the transactions you want (i.e., Invoice and Sales Receipt) to print a delivery note for.
4. Click the Batch actions drop-down and select the Print delivery note.
5. On the Print page, click the Printer icon to print.

I've attached screenshots below for your reference.

Just a heads up, in some QBO versions, the Delivery note option is replaced with a Packing slip instead. Though, both have the same function. You can check out this article to know more about the Packing slip feature: Create and print a packing slip.

There are no boxes at the bottom of the delivery note for the name of the person receiving the delivery, no signature box and no date box. Can this be added please

We always welcome our customers’ suggestions when enhancing QBO features. I encourage you to let our product engineers know you'd like the option to add the signature and date boxes in the delivery note. Ideas like this are helpful in identifying what we need to improve for consideration in future enhancements.

To send feedback:

1. Press the Gear icon at the top to choose Feedback under Profile.
2. This will open a screen where you can enter your suggestion.
3. Hit Next to submit.
