Let me share details about the Delivery Notes feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @uservapezoomalaysia. This way, you're able to manage your transactions accordingly.
For the time being, you're only able to print the default Delivery Notes template through the Batch actions option in the All Sales menu. To do this, here's how:

Just a heads up, in some QBO versions, the Delivery note option is replaced with a Packing slip instead. Though, both have the same function. You can check out this article to know more about the Packing slip feature: Create and print a packing slip.

There are no boxes at the bottom of the delivery note for the name of the person receiving the delivery, no signature box and no date box. Can this be added please

We always welcome our customers’ suggestions when enhancing QBO features. I encourage you to let our product engineers know you'd like the option to add the signature and date boxes in the delivery note. Ideas like this are helpful in identifying what we need to improve for consideration in future enhancements.
