I've got some insights to share regarding deleting sales receipts in bulk in QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

How to delete a bunch of sales receipt at one time?
Thanks for joining this thread, @jenniefeng.
As mentioned by my colleague above, deleting sales receipts by batch isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
For now, you can delete these transactions one at a time. Simply follow the steps provided in the previous response. You can also check out the screenshots below as your reference:
In addition, you can run the Transaction List by Customer report in QBO. This will show you the list of sales receipts for a given period. Here's how:

That's helpful! Thanks! But the problem now is that I need to delete around 2,500 sales receipts. That will be too time consuming. Is there anything else the system could do to deal with this problem? Thanks.
Hi there, jenniefeng.
Similar to what have been mentioned in the previous responses, there's no option to delete multiple transactions at once in QuickBooks Online.
You can either open each sales receipt to delete them or use a third-party app that was recommend by Fiat Lux. More accredited and QBO-compatible third-party apps can be also be found here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/?albRedirect=true&.
Also, please take note that deleting transactions is permanent and can not be undone. Although you can recreate an accidentally deleted transaction using the information from your Audit Log. Here's an article as your guide: Use The Audit Log To Re-enter Deleted Transactions.
Let me know if you need anything else.
I just complained on your behalf. Maybe all this time later you've just about finished lol
Pathetic lack of functionality from this software.
