You need to utilize an additional app to integrate with QBO.
Hi there, @caabdulnasheeruh.
You can send emailed invoices to your customers in QuickBooks Online. Simply enter their email information and select Save and send.
If you want to receive online payments from them, then you have to set up a Razorpay account. All you need to do is click Setup now button when creating an invoice.
Then, A decision box will appear asking whether you want to leave without saving. Simply select Yes and you'll be directed to a Razorpay QuickBooks integration page. Then, follow the rest of the steps in this article: How to set up a Razor pay account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
In case of any queries related to Razorpay, you can directly get in touch with the Razorpay customer care team.
Additionally, here’s a detailed guide about Razorpay and the various processes involved at their end. You can easily search through this thorough pilot and get all the needed information.
Moreover, you can also look for other third-party apps that would accept online payments. Just go to the Apps menu and search for the app from there.
That's all there is to it. Let me know if you have any issues during this process, @caabdulnasheeruh. Take care and have a great day ahead!
Which app to buy and integrate to generate e-Invoice
Utilize this invoicing app for free
then utilize this app to mirror the data back into your QBO.

Which APP is that. Zoho provides the option , but then it would mean moving out of QBO completely
Click the link and you will route to the fee invoice app.
Zoho is free for 14 days and thereafter it is chargeable. We do not want to use any free software, if that means QBO do not have the feature and neither provides the option, it is sad
Their invoice app is free. I'm not talking about their accounting app. Don't get mixed up.
