How to get all outstanding customer transactions to show in matching in bank as not all showing?

Thanks for visiting us here today, @accounts_receiva.

 

I have an idea about how you can view your customer transactions in the banking page. You'll want to manually update your bank account first. Then, set your From and To date when matching transactions. Let's go to your banking page to see it.

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu, then the Banking tab.
  2. Highlight the bank account. Then, tap the Update button.
  3. Select the downloaded transaction, then select the Find match radio-button.
  4. The Match transactions page will open, change the Show drop-down to All and then the From and To date.
  5. Locate the matching QuickBooks transaction.
  6. Click Save. See the attached screenshots below.

After that, repeat steps 3-6 for the rest of the downloaded transactions. Need more details? Check out these guides:
