I can’t see “receipt snap” on the menu of my quickbooks online iPhone app. Could it be because I am using it in Costa Rica?

The receipt snap feature is unavailable in QuickBooks Online International versions. 

You'll have to enter these expenses or cheque transactions manually. You can refer to this article: What is the difference between bills, cheques, and expenses?.

The snap receipt feature is currently unavailable. I see the importance of this feature in your business, so I suggest sending a message to our development team. This way, they can review your suggestion and may consider it for future product enhancements. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QBO account.
2. Go to the Gear icon.
3. Select Feedback under Profile.
4. Enter your suggestion. Then, click Next.
