Hi gans,
You can refresh your QBO page and see if the Invoice widget shows the number format based on your settings. If it's the same thing, please try signing out and signing back in. If still nothing happens, please do the basic browser troubleshooting steps.
To start, you'll want to sign in to QuickBooks using a private browser. This step disables its extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing history.
If the select number format shows, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, please try other browsers to see if we get the same thing.
Feel free to share an update after doing the steps I mentioned. Have a good one!
I did that from a browser I haven't used on this computer.
Still does the same thing. Only the invoice widget is showing the number in the wrong format.
In my settings, the number format is 1,23,456.00
The invoice widget along shows it as 1,234,567.00
The expense, sales, profilt and loss and bank widgets show the number in the correct format.
Hi there, gans!
It's best to reach out to our Customer Support Team so they can further check it since the troubleshooting steps above don't help. They have all the tools so they can fix this as soon as possible.
Post again here if you need anything else. Take care!
