If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected error on the opened pages.
You can also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge as alternative.

Payment of Rs.0 successfully done but QB portal is not updating the information of renewal and getting above error

I've read a similar concern from other users. However, our engineers will need more information from the affected users to further investigate this. For this reason, I recommend contacting our Support team. That way, they can start a screen-sharing session to get more details on the issue. They have the tools for that.

There is no proper response from the support team and it takes lot of time for them to connect us and we need to explain the problem to every agent until it get resolved and no of man hours are wasting day by day and we are unable to update our books till then and loosing reputation at client.This is entirely because of QB for not updating their site for recurring errors facing by the clients.
Worst performance from QB End.Tried more than 40 times to make renewal for single company but more than 20 diff errors occurred ,solved still new errors occurring and even renewal agent is also don't know about errors.Blindly, they are telling change this and that but no clarity about the exact problem to them and eating no of man hours of us. Exhausted with QB renewal.More than 20 days , wasted for subscription renewal.No support team member is able to resolve it.Can anyone from other than QB team ready to help us with the facing issues with renewal currently.I am ready to share Smartlook access.
