Rename Estimate to Quotation

Welcome to the Community space, @jacko2.

You can change the form name from Estimate to Quotation. Just go to the Custom Form Styles

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Under Your Company, pick Custom Form Styles.
  3. If you have a template for the estimates, click the Edit link below the Action column.
  4. If you don't, click the New style button and select Estimates.
  5. Go to the Content tab.
  6. Select the header of the template.
  7. In the Form section, change the Form name to Quotation.
  8. Hit Done.

Once you print an estimate, the term Quotation will be displayed.

Let me know if there's anything I can do for you. I'd be more than happy to help. Thanks for coming to the Community, wishing you continued success.
