Sales receipt custom form not updating

I'm here to help ensure your sales receipt form is updated. QuickBooks Online uses cache for a faster browsing experience. However, it could cause problems like latency issues. 


As an initial step, we can refresh your page by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard.


If you're still getting the same result, let's open your account in an incognito or a private window to identify browser issues. This window prevents cookies from being stored on your computer. Here are keyboard shortcuts:


  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N  
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N


Once logged in, check out your sales receipt templates and see if they work. Then, go back to the main browser to clear the cache to help resolve most issues with the web pages. Otherwise, use another supported, up-to-date browser.
