Let's get this sorted out, @usermadumitha-p.
To begin, did you encounter error messages when changing your credit card details? I would appreciate any additional information so I can help you more with this. Also, let's make sure you log in as Master Admin to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
However, if everything is verified correct, let’s now determine if this is some kind of browser issue. Once signed in, change your credit card details again. If it works, you have to clear your browser's cache to have a clean slate. If not, I recommend using another supported browser.
If the issue persists after performing the steps above, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team. They can pull up your account in a secure place and help you update your credit card info.
Also, you can always visit our Community help page to find articles you can bookmark for future use. Simply, enter a keyword of your concern on the search box or select any of the categories displayed.
Keep me posted if you have further concerns about changing your credit card details. I'm just a post away to help. Take care always.
