Welcome to the Community today, userdipika.

I appreciate all your efforts in trying to attach the company logo to the invoice. Let’s perform some basic troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

To successfully upload the logo, make sure it meets the following requirements:

  • Support file types, are .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file.
  • It’s smaller than 10 MB.
  • The bit and color depths are 24-bits or less.
  • Its shape is square since rectangles don't work.
  • Use the standard RGB color space.

Next, open QBO via private browsing or incognito mode. This is to determine if the browser’s cache is preventing the logo to upload.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Once logged in, attach and save your company logo. If this works, clear the cache to start fresh. This process is just emptying the cache, so the next time you display a webpage, everything must be downloaded anew.

If the issue persists, use another browser to identify if the one you’re using is the issue. If none of these steps work, delete and recreate the invoice. Doing so will help check if the sales template is damaged.

I’ll guide you through the process of how to delete the sales template. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top to select Custom form styles under Your Company.
  2. From the list, choose the invoice you wish to remove.
  3. Hit the Edit link under the Action column to select Delete.logo.png
  4. Press Yes, delete this style to confirm the action.

We collated resources that will guide our customers on how to import custom form styles and manage logos on sales forms. You’ll also see answers to frequently asked questions about the import process.
