How do I access my checkstubs

I've got you some steps to access your paystubs and W-2's, @MzRodriguez.

When your employer has invited you to QuickBooks Workforce and you've set up your account, you can view your paychecks, W-2s, and other employment details.

First off, ensure you've set up your Workforce account if you haven't before. Then, follow these steps below:

  1. Sign in to workforce.intuit.com.
  2. Select Paychecks, then choose the date range. You can also view multiple paychecks up to one year at a time.
  3. Do one of the following.
  • Select Download on the pay stub you want to download
  • Select a pay stub to open and view, download or print it
  • If you see a Download all button below the paycheck list, select that to download all of your pay stubs at once (this is not available for everyone)

To access your W-2's by going to the W-2 menu, then select the W-2 copy that you want to view or download and print.

For more insights, visit this article to learn some more: View your paychecks and W-2s in QuickBooks Workforce.

Let me know if you have additional questions. I'm always here to help.

How do I access my checkstubs

Thanks for joining this thread, @Rara0104.

Can you clarify if your employer is US-based? If he has invited you to QuickBooks Workforce, you should be able to view your paychecks. You can check with your employer if he has uploaded your past pay stubs. You can follow the steps outlined by katherinejoyceO on how to access them.

If you still can't access the information, you'll want to contact our Customer Care Team.

On the other hand, if you're employer is non-US based and he/she's using an integrated payroll app, I'd suggest contacting the app support.

I'll be here to help if you have any other questions. Have a wonderful day!
