I can provide details about creating class categories in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Yes, it is possible. All you need to do is to turn on the class tracking feature in QBO. Please refer to these steps below on how to do it.

 

To turn on the class tracking feature, here's how:

 

  1. In QBO, go to the Gear icon at the top right.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Click Advanced option.
  4. Tick the Categories section to edit.
  5. Check Track classes.
  6. Under Assign classes, choose One to entire transaction or One to each row in transaction.
  7. Hit Save, then Done.
