In QuickBooks Online, you will need to navigate through your settings to have the ability to add specific products and services on a bill aside from having the Category field. Here's how:

 

  1. From the Gear icon, click on Account and settings.
  2. Select Expenses, then go to the Bills and expenses section.
  3. Toggle on the Show Items table on expense and purchase forms.
  4. Click Save and then Done.

 

After that, the Item details section will appear on your bill and other expense or purchase forms to itemize products and services. Here's what it will look like:

i try to make this steps 

but when i go to expense 

i didn't found this option to add it 

even after i make upgrade for my quickbooks also to be essentials
