How do i save my business fill?

You can use a backup restore app.

If you prefer to have a data file, consider switching to QB Desktop.

How do i save my business fill?

It's nice to see you here in the Community forum, @itohowopedro03. I would be happy to provide you with the steps for saving the file after creating a company file. This will enable a smooth transfer to the new company in QuickBooks.

You may export the flowing reports and lists into individual Excel files contained in a zip file in one process. Reports: General ledger, Profit and loss, Balance sheet, Trial balance, Journal. Lists: Customers, Employees, Suppliers. Then, you can easily download the data entered into your file to your local hard drive.

To export your report or list, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon ⚙.
  2. Select Export data.
  3. On the Reports tab, set the date range.
  4. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by turning the switch on or off.
  5. Choose Export to Excel.

You'll be prompted with confirmation that the data has been exported. For more details about exporting data, see this article: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online. It also contains steps on how you can export non-posting transactions and attachments.

You may also look for some integrated apps/tools that will help you save your file. Just click this link for reference: QuickBooks Apps. Then, check the description and overall reviews to see how this app works.
