It's nice to see you here in the Community forum, @itohowopedro03. I would be happy to provide you with the steps for saving the file after creating a company file. This will enable a smooth transfer to the new company in QuickBooks.
You may export the flowing reports and lists into individual Excel files contained in a zip file in one process. Reports: General ledger, Profit and loss, Balance sheet, Trial balance, Journal. Lists: Customers, Employees, Suppliers. Then, you can easily download the data entered into your file to your local hard drive.
