I'd be glad to help share some ways that can fix your mobile account and get you back to working order, @ieelaf17-gmail-c.

Generally, the information you enter on the web browser should automatically sync to your QuickBooks mobile app account.

To fix this, let's make sure the correct account is selected, especially if you have multiple accounts. Once done, let's clear the cached data.

Here's how:

  1. In the upper right corner, click the ellipsis.
  2. Choose Settings & Help.
  3. Select Refresh Data.
  4. Click Yes to confirm.
  5. Close and reopen the mobile app and check if it's working fine.
  6. Restart your phone.

If you get the same result, you can uninstall and reinstall the app to start a clean slate. The following article contains more information about this: How to download the QuickBooks Online mobile app (Android app).

For more information about the feature available on mobile devices, you can check out this related article: Compare mobile app features.

Keep me posted on how it goes. I'll be here to lend a hand if you have any other questions about QuickBooks. Wishing you and your business success.

It actually worked when I refreshed and re-opened the app. Thank you very much for the suggestions.

Thanks for keeping us posted, @ieelaf17-gmail-c.

I'm glad to know you're finally able to see the same total expenses between the mobile app and the desktop version in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
