I would like to unsubscribe but I don't seem to understand how to do that

If you cancel your QuickBooks account, the process can vary based on how you originally signed up, d-wyatt2k03. Let’s break it down.

 

If you're subscribed to QuickBooks Online through a mobile app store, the cancellation must be handled directly within that app store. However, if you purchased their subscription directly from Intuit, here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through the cancellation process:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then choose Subscriptions and billing.
  2. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel your trial.
  3. Click Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
  4. Click Got it.
