We can double-check some information to ensure you can find your client bookkeeping files in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @usercharlot.
Beforehand, are you using QuickBooks Online Accountant? Knowing this will help me confirm that we're on the same page.
If your client has invited you as their accountant, this connects their QuickBooks company to your firm and allows you to review their books and make changes.
To verify this, check your client list to see if their company is connected. Here's how:
If it's not on the list, ask your client to invite you to be their accountant. Once done, check your client list. Here's how:
