Hi there, @oskars-osagroup-.
Let's perform some browser troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. To start, run your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using an incognito mode. Private browser prevents saving cache and cookies that sometimes cause errors when running frequently visited websites. Below are the shortcut keys you can use depending on your browser type:
Once signed in, add your credit card again. If this works, you have to clear your browser's cache to fix certain problems. If the same result, use another supported browser.
Meanwhile, you can also manually upload your bank transactions to QBO using CSV files. To do so, please refer to the detailed steps in this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
Also, if your user was invited and cannot sign in to QuickBooks. Let's make sure that they have a user ID. If they don't, they can click the link from the invite sent to their email address and create one. Once done, they can be able to sign in.
For more troubleshooting steps, please visit this article: Get help if you can't sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
Just in case you'll need an additional person to manage your QBO account, you can easily add them as one of the users. Then, to manage what they can and cannot do within your company file, you can restrict their access.

Thanks, but none of your mentioned stuff works.
Tried everything, still nothing.
Credit card still shows as "unable to process payment" but still takes the money from my card. So how many times will you take the $1 from my account?
Every month you also somehow manage to take the money from my card, but still show that my subscription is suspended.
Also for the user.
We have tried it all, just as there is to do. Add the user, invite link send, press on it, add the verification code, done all the the other and still nothing.
Even contacted your support. They seam to not care much.
So my only question right now is. How do I unsubscribe?
