Can anyone help- QB is no longer giving me the option to choose which region I use when I log in?

I have several Regions - US, India, etc that I use QB for. QB is automatically logging me in to India and I need to use US.

You just need to select a region when opening a new blank QBO account. Once you've created it, you don't have to bother with the region anymore.

You can use this link to log into your US account. From here you can switch accounts from different regions: https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/login

What if I made the wrong selection during setup?  Is there an option to switch in this case?

You can switch to other regions when you select the wrong one during the setup of your account. To do this, you'll have to cancel the current account, then subscribe again with the correct country.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Proceed to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription.
  5. Click Continue to cancel, then select Continue to cancel again.
  6. Complete the remaining steps, then click Submit and cancel subscription.
  7. Choose Got it

 

Then, visit our website to re-subscribe. Then, scroll down at the bottom of the page, then click Select a Country. Once done, you can set up your new QuickBooks account.
