Thanks for reaching out to us here. Welcome! Connecting your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online is a great way to update your transactions automatically. When there's a disconnect between your financial institution and QuickBooks, it can be rather concerning.
If you haven't done so already, I suggest accessing your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser. I also recommend clearing cache on your browser, to help improve system performance and web page loading times, or try another browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge, or Safari. In addition, you can check the status of bank connections on our QuickBooks Online bank feed status page. If there are any known issues with certain banks they're entered there. In the interim you can manually upload your transactions, so your accounts remain up to date.
