I can assist you in migrating your data to QuickBooks Online (QBO), Iahmed.
Currently, QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) in the International region is being discontinued. Consequently, there is no direct option to transfer your company file from QBDT to QBO. As a workaround, you can explore third-party apps. There are several Intuit-approved apps that can convert your data into QBO.
You can find a list of available apps by visiting this page on your QBO account: https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/appcenter/findapps.

You can purchase a 3rd party service to convert data from QB Desktop to QB Online AE version. You can contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA for assistance.
Hi there, iahmed-paviliong. Migrating data from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online can be challenging, especially when facing limitations from discontinued versions.
You can search for a downloadable trial version of QuickBooks Desktop for UAE online. However, please note that these trial versions are becoming increasingly rare and might not be available since this version is now only available in the United States, and Canada. If you find a trial version, restore your QuickBooks Desktop backup file. Then, extract all exportable data and import it to your QuickBooks Online account.
On the other hand, you can explore and consider using third-party data conversion tools just as my colleague mentioned above. Some applications specialize in migrating data between QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
I've included these resources as an additional reference in importing data to QuickBooks Online:
