I cannot log into QuickBooks self employed on my computer. It says HTTP status 400 - Bad Request. How do I rectify this. I had already reset my cache.

You can utilize other supported browsers to get around this situation and access your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) company, @william76. We'll provide more details below to address your concerns.

An HTTP 400 Bad Request status code indicates that the server cannot process the request due to a client-side error. It means there is an issue with how the request is being sent by the client, such as malformed request syntax, invalid request message framing, or deceptive request routing. Common causes involve incorrect URLs, Device problems, and formatting.

We also recommend utilizing other supported browsers to check if this has something to do with the one you're using when accessing QBSE. For the list of supported browsers, please see this page: System requirements for QuickBooks Online products.

If the issue persists, you'll want to contact our Live Support Team. By doing so, they can work with you to determine the root cause of the problem and provide the necessary steps to get this sorted out. Refer to this article for more details: Get help with QuickBooks products and services.

On the other hand, you may want to consider switching from QBSE to QuickBooks Solopreneur. You can visit this page to learn more about the process: Switch from QuickBooks Self-Employed to QuickBooks Solopreneur.

Please let us know in the comment section if you require further assistance accessing your company or handling data in QuickBooks. We'll be around to respond promptly and help you navigate this situation.
