Please know that once you subscribed to QuickBooks Online through Apple App Store, you will not be able to see the Billing & Subscription tab. This is the reason there's nothing you can press in the mentioned section. You will only be able to see the Billing & Subscription tab if you have subscribed through Intuit QuickBooks Online directly.
I recommend first contacting the Apple Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account and be able to confirm your billing or payment. Also, you have to reach out QuickBooks Support Team to verify the status of your QBO account and be able to investigate the issue about being unable to enter any data.
Furthermore, please know that QuickBooks Online has a data retention policy that allows you to access your company file for a period of time after you canceled it. You’ll still have read-only access to your data for one year and we delete the data after the mentioned time frame.

This is what i can see in my bill&subscription, what can I do? any method i can just stop the apple method, I just pay directly to QB. If i want to do it, there is no way for me to do it as I said nothing I can see in my page.
