Hi shobhadhende,
I would like to thank you for subscribing to QuickBooks and guide you with canceling your subscription. However, please know that Intuit will discontinue QBO India products till April 2023. We've already stopped billing customers starting this month (July) but you can still continue to use the product for free till April next year. You may not cancel now and wait for your QBO to expire itself.
Please also consider downloading a copy of your data, like your reports or forms that you may need in the future, especially if there's an audit. More details can be found in this article: Export data, reports, lists, and more from QuickBooks Online.
If you've decided to cancel now, please follow these steps:
You can always go back to this thread if you have any other questions in mind. Take care and enjoy the rest of the day!
I'm sad to see you go, @pennyjo44.
