Let’s go to the Billing & Subscription section to get your account up and running again. The process is a breeze and I’m here to guide you.


Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top to choose Account and settings under Your Company.
  2. Tap the Billing & Subscription menu on the left panel to see your QuickBooks plan.
  3. Hit the Resubscribe button to enter your updated billing information.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reactivation.

You can follow these steps to reach out to our customer care support:

  1. Click the Help icon in QuickBooks Online.
  2. Enter "I want a human" in the Type something field.
  3. Click Contact Support Team.
  4. Enter "I want a human" again, then click No, I still need help.
  5. Click Contact Support Team, then select Start a chat
