Resetting data or books in QuickBooks Online (QBO) depends on how long you’ve been using the product, faith.
QuickBooks allow to reset the data directly if your account is new or less than 60 days old.
Since your account is over 60 days old, the best course of action is to create a new QBO account to start fresh. You can still reuse the same login credentials to set up the new account and replicate the previous company's setup.
