If you're referring to changing the email subject line when sending an invoice, the steps to do this are pretty quick and easy. All you need to do is to go to the Account and Settings.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), go to the Gear icon at the top right to get to the Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Sales tab at the left pane.
  3. Tick the Pencil (edit) icon in the Messages section.
  4. In the Email subject line field, enter the necessary changes.
  5. Hit Save and Done.
