Right now, let's perform some basic troubleshooting procedures. We'll have to clear the cache first so we can avoid any unusual browser behavior. Once done, log in to your QBO company on a private window. You can refer to these shortcut keys:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
- Control + Option + P (Safari).
If you're able to export data without any issues, then you'll have to clear your regular cache browser.
