Edit Income Account Type

I've followed several posts on this and I can't get it to change.  In the chart of accounts, one of my income account types I'm trying to change the "Detail Type" from "Discounts/Refunds" to "Sales of Product Income".  I drop the box down and select "Sales of Product Income" click Save and Close and nothing happens.  I click the X to close that screen and behind the box is another box is "are you sure you want to do this" and I click Yes.   I refresh my screen and it's still "Discounts/Refunds Given".  What am I missing or doing wrong?  Thank you.

Thanks for visiting us here today, @corbins1.

I have some information about changing the account's detail type. When you edit the detail type, you'll get a prompt that says "Changing the type or detail type of an account may affect your accounting and reporting. Are you sure you want to do this?". All you have to do is click on the Yes button to change it.

Here's how it looks like:

I did that several times and it would not give me the option to hit yes.  Well, guess what, now that box is showing up.  Thank you for your reply and help.
