To isolate the problem, sign into the Bank of Ayudhya's website. Then, look for any messages, notifications, or alerts. These should tell you if something isn't working.
If everything looks good on their end, manually refresh your connection in QBO. I'll show you how to do it:

If it's now working well, close the incognito window and then return to your main browser. After that, clear its cache to improve your browsing experience. You may also switch to other supported browsers as an alternative solution.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I have tried all that you mentioned before, also because I have constantly contacted QBO support via Chat.
The bank website works properly, there are no warning shown.
I noted that in QBO, when I try to connect the bank, some banks have a proper icon beside the name, but Bank of Ayudhya - Business do not, so in my humble opinion, this could means that QBO is using wrong links to the Bank.
If this is the case, it should be easy to solve.

As mentioned by KlentB, Error 163 means that there is a website modification, and the financial institution needs to enhance the data to support the new improvement. That being said, it would be best to check your bank for this update.
For the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions in QuikckBooks.

I have Error 163 for the last 11 months, already communicated to Customer Support chat since July 2022.
No progress at all.
I note that the bank URL looks wrong, but nobody does nothing to change it.
Now I also got this message promoting the function, which is tragically comic:

The bank I am using is Ayudhya - Thailand.

The manual import is extremely inefficient and a waste of my time.
