Hello, how can we print delivery notes? ( option is not shown under customer / batch actions)..

Let's make sure that you're able to print the Delivery Note in QuickBooks Online, usermandy.

The batch actions you can do Customer tab are creating statements, sending emails, and inactivating customers. You can proceed to the All Sales tab where you can print the Delivery Note. Please take a look at the screenshot below for additional reference.

Unfortunatly Delivery Note option is not shown to me under All Sales - batch actions.

I can share some details about why the delivery note is not an option in your QuickBooks Online and provide you an alternative way to get the information you need, usermandy.

The Delivery Note button is available for UK accounts. However, if you're seeing the Packing Slip under All Sales - Batch actions, you can choose that option since these features are the same.

The packing slip will print the same information as the delivery note does. See the sample screenshot below.

The Sales page lets you see your transaction statuses. You can also view, create, and edit activities from within the page. To learn more about this menu, go through this article: View Sales Transactions.

I am looking to do something similar with Quickbooks Point of Sale.

I would like to print a packing slip and delivery ticket with my invoice (or sales receipt)

This way in my store I can

1)give my yard guy a packing slip (so he knows what material needs to be packed in the truck) which he  then hands back into the store so we know that all materials were available and have been packed.

2) give a delivery note to my truck driver so he can have the customer sign that they received the material on the truck. 
Is this possible??

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. The option to print Packing Slip is available in QuickBooks Online. You'll need to mark-check the transactions and under Batch actions drop-down and choose Print packing slip.  

However, the option to add delivery note and signature by customer is not possible. I know the importance of having this kind of feature. I'll make sure to tap this to our developer's team. This way, adding delivery note and signature by customer to invoices or sales receipt might be given a chance to be included in the next product updates.

In the meantime, you may consider utilizing a third-party app that integrates with QuickBooks Online.

Hello, when i want to print a packing slip, it is the same as an Invoice?! This is in mine opinion not a packing slip….

how we can change this?

You're lucky I'm an expert on this case. I'm here to share some insights.

Let's start by walking you through how to print a packing slip. Here's how:

1. Go to Customer & leads and select Customers.
2. Choose the customer's name to display a list of their transactions.
3. From the Transaction List tab, select the box next to each invoice or sales receipt for which you want to print a Packing Slip.
   
   
    
4. Pick the Batch actions dropdown, then choose Print packing slip.
   
   
    
5. The print preview screen will open so you can select printing options, preview, and print.

Moreover, a Packing slip is different from an Invoice because it is a document that contains items, quantities, and other shipping information to your customers. While an Invoice is a completed customer's order including amounts, shipping address, and quantities of orders.With 

At this time, QuickBooks Online doesn't have a feature that allows users to customize or change the Packing slip form. In the meantime, I recommend sending feedback to our Product Development team by clicking the Gear icon, and selecting Feedback.  They might add this to our future product updates.
