Hello..i am trying to resubscribe to this account and the system wants me to update my company details but it wont take my number..please assist asap

There are several possible reasons why you're unable to successfully reactivate your QuickBooks account.

  • You have no user access rights.
  • Account number is invalid.
  • The card is over the limit or expired.
  • The billing address in the system includes special characters and doesn't match with the one shown on your credit card statement.
  • The browser’s cache is full.

Let's first access your account using a private or incognito window. This helps isolate the issue since it doesn’t store data in the cache. You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts: 

  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Firefox, hit Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

Also, let's make sure to login as the account's Master Admin or Company Admin to update the payment information for your account. Now, ensure to enter the correct Credit or Debit card number in the Payment Information page.

 

If the issue persists, you'd want to review your billing address. Make sure that it doesn't include any special characters, especially accents and hyphens. You’ll have to verify if the Billing Address in QuickBooks is the same as the one shown on your credit card statement.        my account is going to expire on 24/5/21 and many times t have tried to renew it but after putting all details when go for subscribe nothing will happen....

please suggest how could i can renew the same.
