how do I cancel my subscription

If you've subscribed to QuickBooks directly through Intuit, you'll need to use the Intuit Account Manager to cancel your subscription, kdriver29.
 
To do this, navigate to this link and log in as the primary admin. Then, refer to these steps:
 
  1. Select Products & Billing and choose your company name. This will take you to your subscription page.
  2. Find the product you want to cancel.
  3. Then, click Cancel.

However, if your subscription was purchased through the Apple app or Google Play store, you'll need to manage the cancellation directly through the app store platform.
