Then, we can perform the basic troubleshooting steps to verify if this is a browser-related issue. Sometimes your browser stores old data that causes unexpected behavior in QBO. Opening your company using the incognito mode allows you to browse without storing internet history and cookies. Follow these steps to bring up a private browser.
From there, create an expense and search for other transactions. If this works, clearing the cache will help the browser to fetch the latest version of the webpage and faster browsing experience. If the issue persists, check the pop-up blocker and make sure to add an exception for QBO.
