In the meantime, I recommend signing in to your bank’s website to check for notifications that needs your attention. You can also reach out to their Technical Support to see if they’re performing some maintenance.
Unexpected errors while working with your bank transactions in the system can be caused by corrupted files on your browser. To isolate this matter, let's access your QuickBooks Online account using a private window. This mode prevents the system from using stored internet history, passwords, or cookies.

If it works, clear your browser's cache. This improves the overall performance of the browser and the application. Using other supported browsers is a good alternative too.
If the issue persists, contact our Support Team. They can pull up your account in a secure environment and further assist you with this error.
You'll want to consider manually uploading your transactions into QuickBooks. Then, you can categorize them to ensure your financial records are correct. To guide you in matching them, you can always bookmark this reference: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online
I also suggest running the Health Checkup Tool. This checks your browser's performance and it's compatibility with QBO.
