Hi there, shahin.
I'm here to share some details about the error message you experienced when creating a transfer in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The inability to add higher than 99,000,000,000.00 in QBO is currently working by design. It is the cause of why you've encountered an error "The amount is out of range" when entering the digits.
At this time, you may want to consider splitting the entry to save the transaction. While doing the process, it is best to consult an accountant to guide you in accurately recording and managing everything.
I understand the functionality to enter 100,000,000,000.00 or more digits in the program could be beneficial to your business. With this, I recommend sending a suggestion to our Product Developers Team. Doing so helps us improve the features of the program. I'll show you how:
Additionally, I've added a resource that contains frequently asked questions about using multi-currency in QBO: Multi-currency FAQ.
Please let me know if you have other QuickBooks-related questions or concerns, shahin. I'll be around to provide further assistance.
The problem is okay I split it in 2 transactions so it stays in range but it will give me a balance error because it said the balance of the account it’s amounts are being debited in is gonna be greater than 99,000,000,000 please anyone have a solution this is gonna make accounting on qbo impossible if it can’t take higher values
Thanks for the prompt reply, Shahin. Allow me to chime in and share insights about the split transaction mentioned by my colleague.
You'll need to create two separate transactions so it will not give any balance error. Just create one invoice for your customer and create two separate payments.

However, I'd still suggest consulting your accountant. They can guide you on how to properly record the split transactions and ensure that your account is accurate. If you have none, you can also seek help from our accountant through this site: Find an accountant or bookkeeper.
I recognize how the functionality to enter more digits in the amount field would be beneficial to your business. That said, I recommend sending your feedback to our Product Development Team. It allows them to review all the feedback we receive to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our customers. You may follow the steps shared by CharleneMaeF on how to do so or click this link: How do I submit feedback?

Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have additional questions about split transactions or managing your currencies with QuickBooks. I'm always here to lend a hand. Stay safe.
