Is it possible to set up a bill approval workflow in Quickbooks Online with a Plus subscription?

If you are using QBO Global version, you need a 3rd party app to integrate with QBO.

I am using QBO Global, indeed.

Do you have any recommendations of such apps?

Open a Wise Business account and use their simple billing management with the approval feature. You will integrate it with QBO as the bank feeds.

Hi there, Amelee. I'll chime in and share some information. You can pull bill details into QuickBooks and then use approvers via the Bill Approval Workflow in QuickBooks Online. However, this is available in QuickBooks Online Advanced. 

Workflow is a fully functional feature as a result, if you have QuickBooks Online Simple Start or QuickBooks Online Plus, you will not be able to use this feature.
