Hi,
We have two different companies in QB Online. One for Singapore, and recently I opened one for the US. I was about to enter my tax information for the US entity, but somehow the country is also locked into Singapore. I cannot seem the change our address to the US. Can this be changed? Is it possible to have two different companies (and tax setups) under the same login? Meaning, you can switch between companies, but still use one login to manage them all.
I can still close the account and make a new one if I made a mistake from the start. I haven't booked anything yet.
Best regards,
Bart

I'm here to share some information, Bart.
In QuickBooks Online, you can add multiple companies (with different countries) using the same login. To do that, make sure to select the correct country here: Choose your country.
If you are already subscribe to a new company but still has the Singapore country, you'll want to cancel it. You can follow the steps here: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.
Then, choose the plan and in the Create an Intuit account page, click the Sign in link in the Add a company to an existing account? section. Here's a sample screenshot of it looks like:
Once you're signed up for the US version of QuickBooks Online, you can switch the company, here's how:

You may open a new QBO US version with the same email address.

Thanks for the answer. I have a similar challenge. I wonder if it is then possible to generate a consolidated financial statement of the two entities?
Hello there, @DominicD.
I'm to provide some insights about generating a consolidated financial statement of the two entities in QuickBooks Online.
Currently, QBO provides only one financial statement per business/entity. Thus, I suggest integrating a third-party app with your QuickBooks Online.
Here's how:
Alternatively, you can export the financial statements of the two businesses to Excel and then consolidate them outside QuickBooks.
Moreover, I'm adding this helpful article as your reference in exporting your reports in QBO: Export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.
Please don't hesitate to return to this post if you have other concerns about your financial statements in QuickBooks Online. I'll be here to lend a hand. Have a good one!
