PayPal won't reconnect - it says not available - has been like this for a few weeks now - big problem for me, help thanks!

Let's work on this together for you to be able to connect your account accurately from PayPal into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

First, let's ensure logging in to your PayPal website to see if everything is working. Moreover, you can also reach out to PayPal support to confirm if there are known issues on their end.

 

However, if there are no issues, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks support team to investigate further.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Help icon.
  3. Click the Search tab and select Contact Us.
  4. Provide a summary of your concern and click Continue.
  5. You can either choose Chat with us or Have us call you.
