Please is it possible to downgrade QBO Advanced US to QBO Plus International? If yes, what information, Data, and features will be lost?
Let me share with you some information about downgrading your subscription so you'll be guided on what to do, TDK Ewusi.
Downgrading a QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription is only possible if both accounts have the same country of origin. Since your previous subscription is QBO US, you'll have to cancel it first. To do this, follow the steps provided below:
Once done, you can purchase a new QBO account. Just make sure to select the country at the bottom of the page where you'll purchase the subscription. I've added a screenshot so you'll be guided visually.
Also, make sure to export your data first from your previous QBO account before you cancel it. To do so, I've provided the steps below:
Then, import the data:
In addition, QuickBooks Plus is designed for businesses selling products and tracks inventory. It supports up to five users and provides additional functionality such as tracking inventory, project profitability, time, etc. in addition to the bookkeeping features provided by QuickBooks Essentials. Whereas, QuickBooks Advanced, however, provides custom tools for growing businesses needing increased productivity and insights. It includes up to twenty-five users and offers advanced features like customizing access by role, batch import and send, etc. Most likely both work most likely the same but with some limitations with Plus. Please check this out for the comparison: QuickBooks Accounting Plan Comparison.

then you may have 2 ways to migrate data from QB Desktop:
1. Utilize a migration tool
